One of our pharmacists will review the medication regimen, health history, medical and laboratory information. A customized report will be prepared with recommendations that can be presented to the patient's physician(s) to optimize medication therapy. For a more robust review, consider an in-home visit. Additional screenings can be performed during this consultation.
